When called to schedule appointment fir inspection was asked to do oil change and tire rotation which I have only used 1 previous time. All my other vehicle's I have bought with you I got 3. When checking out I was informed I owed over $110. Never would have scheduled the additional my cost work. Extremely disappointing. Will consider this in future purchases

The team in Mansfield is awesome! They worked hard to find the vehicle I was looking for and got it transported to their location so I didn’t have to drive farther than an hour away. Would refer anyone there.

The service at Blaise Alexander GMC is excellent. They keep my 2030 Sierra truck in good repair. It is easy to schedule service appointments, and they allow me to work in their show room while I wait for my repairs to be completed. And they seem to value my continued business

Great and friendly service!

We dropped our car off as we were showing an engine icon and a message to have engine checked. It turned out to be a hose that popped off needing a clamp. They were a little late in diagnosing the problem, but we were pleased with the service performed and the cost.

Not happy Every item I bring in the truck, “there is no code” so we can’t find a problem. The problem persists and I’m extremely frustrated. I will be looking for another GMC to handle any needs I have in the future, which is a shame. Apparently the model and year of my truck has many documented issues and I always get brushed off but still have to pay the fee.

Fast. The mechanic that worked on my car was top notch. I had a slow leak in one tire. He found the problem and had it fixed and back on the car in record breaking time. He made it all a good experience.

While there for service, I wanted to trade my vehicle in. Jason and Logan and everyone there did an amazing job finding me exactly what I wanted. My last 4 vehicles I got from them and have always been very satisfied. They continue to be my first and only stop when looking for vehicles. I can't thank them enough for the work they do.

Both people at the Service Desk were cordial, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions when setting up my appointment and again after performing the service. Since they unexpectedly had to keep my vehicle overnight, I was given a courtesy transport to my home over 15 miles away. The driver was pleasant, and we had some good conversation on the trip.

Salesman looked for truck for me

I initially traveled approximately 2.5 hours to view a specific truck that I was very interested in. While expressing my interest and inquiring about its history and condition, I received conflicting information from different representatives, which raised concerns about the accuracy and reliability of the details provided. In such instances, I believe it is preferable to acknowledge a lack of knowledge rather than offer potentially misleading information, as transparency is crucial for building trust. Ultimately, I decided to proceed with a different vehicle purchase, but I was disappointed that the process extended beyond closing time and felt rushed as a result. Furthermore, the vehicle's preparation prior to delivery was subpar, particularly considering its new model year status. Specifically, the rear carpet required vacuuming to remove plastic fibers from the wrapping, and the truck's exterior and windows were noticeably dirty. While I am ultimately satisfied with the vehicle itself, the combination of conflicting pre-sale information, a rushed purchase process, and inadequate vehicle preparation detracted from the overall experience. Therefore, based on this experience, I would likely not recommend this particular dealership to others at this time. I hope this feedback is helpful in identifying areas for improvement and enhancing future customer experiences.

Outstanding service but you waiting area leaves a lot to be desired.

Took our car in for inspection. It failed due to worn shock mounts. We were told because inspection was done in your ford shop if they made repair it would be with after market parts but if we took it down the street the chevy garage would use gm parts. So we took it to the chevy shop. They had to confirm the problem themselves rather than calling the ford shop. Whatever, just fix it. Was told a 4 hour job. 5 days later they finished.

Brought my Trax in for state inspection. Completed in less than a half hour. Great job!

Done on time while I waited!

Absolutely abysmal service. The service manager also does not return calls when he clearly articulates that he will. In addition to that they replaced my torque converter and noted that there was a 30 rpm slip which is outside of GMs spec and they didn't tell me about it or address it.

Things did not work out. Long story.

They put the wrong mileage on my sticker for the next oil change. They were off by 40,000 miles. Luckily, my wife noticed it (it was for her car).
